Prepaid multi-month plans. If a licensed provider does not approve your treatment, you receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of provider approval, you receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Once your first shipment has left the pharmacy, the amount paid for that shipment is not refundable. If you cancel a prepaid plan after your first shipment, we refund any shipments that have not yet been filled. To request a refund, email hello@jointhebrightside.com.
